The partlist can be found here: https://open-bldc.org/wiki/PartsLists/V0.1 it still needs some review and probably correction… I think that it is a good start though.
The following is very similar to your project. His code is very easy to follow and may give you some pointers on synchronous rectification to eliminate diode losses.

PCB Cart is the service I use.
