THC Address Space

I have created a small memory map displaying the current usage of the address space in THC.
0x0000_0000 | Bank 0. ROM address space. |
0x00FF_FFFF | |
0x0100_0000 | Bank 0. Unused address space. |
0x01BF_FFFF | |
0x01C0_0000 | 4M bytes reserved for Special function Registers. This area contains S3C44B0X special registers to control the processor itself and the peripherials that are integrated into the chip. |
0x01BF_FFFF | |
0x0200_0000 | Bank 1. This bank is currently unused. Probably the Graphics controller will get mapped to this memory area. |
0x03FF_FFFF | |
0x0400_0000 | Bank 2. Key control. In this area the key control circuit is being mapped. Through reading some of the addresses in this area you get access to the current state (pressed/not pressed) of the keys in THC. (more details to come) |
